Accommodation description

Bedrooms: 

Master bedroom features a king size bed (5ft x 6'6ft)
The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds
The living room has a double sofa bed if required

Bathrooms: 
Ensuite shower room to the master bedroom
Bathroom has a bath / shower over.

Kitchen: 
A high gloss cream kitchen suite which includes electric cooker, gas hob, integrated fridge/freezer, iron, microwave, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine.

Living Room: 
The open plan kitchen / living room / diner includes 6 seater dining table / chairs, 3 seater sofa which could convert into a double sofa bed, a 2 seater sofa and an armchair.   A wall mounted electric fire, 32inch TV with freeview and DVD and a radio with iPod dock.

Other: 
Entrance hallway leads to bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: 
The lodge is cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels are provided.

Amenities/Facilities: 
Parking and full gas central heating.

Accessibility
There are 3 wide steps with an adjacent bannister rail to assist entry into the Lodge, however after those, there are no additional steps as the living area and bedroom accommodation is all on one level.

Outside
A large gated decking area with access from the patio doors and main entrance (secure area for dogs).

 

Important notes on accommodation

We are pleased to confirm that we do allow well behaved dogs to stay for an additional charge of £25.00 per pet.
